Q1. Can you produce according to samples? A: Yes, we can produce based on your samples or technical drawings. A mold fee may be required.

Q2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? A: We have no minimum order quantity requirement. You can order just one sample vehicle. However, if the delivery is made by less than container load(LCL), additional packaging and operational costs will be charged.

Q3. What are your payment terms? A: 50% of the total amount by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) as a deposit, and the remaining 50% by T/T before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packaging before you pay the balance.

Q4.What about your delivery time? A: Usually, it takes 15 to 30 days after receiving the advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on your order and quantity.

Q5: How do you control the quality? A: We conduct pre-production inspections, in-line inspections, and final in- spections to ensure all machines meet the quality standards of global cus- tomers.
